At Talley & Twine, we stand behind the quality of our timepieces and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on items in original, unworn condition. We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your investment in our signature style.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your watch in its original presentation box and protective packaging to ensure it arrives back to us in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new selection within 5-7 business days.
