What kind of movements are used in Talley & Twine watches?
We use high-quality, precision movements in all our timepieces, including reliable Japanese Quartz for our standard models and premium Automatic movements for our specialized collections.
How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn watches in their original packaging. If you are not completely satisfied, you can initiate a return or exchange through our online portal.
Are Talley & Twine watches water-resistant?
Yes, most of our watches feature a water resistance rating of at least 5 ATM, making them suitable for everyday use and light splashes. However, we do not recommend wearing them while swimming or diving.
Do the watches come with a warranty?
Every Talley & Twine watch is backed by a two-year limited warranty that covers any manufacturing defects in the movement, dial, and hands.
Can I adjust the size of my watch band?
Our metal link bands can be adjusted by removing links, which can be done by a local jeweler. Our leather and canvas straps feature multiple perforations to fit most wrist sizes comfortably.
